My name is Karina Garcia, but for everywhere I post my artwork, I go by the tag name YumiMyNinja(pronounced: you me mai ninja). I am currently an art student at San Jose State University studying to be an art teacher. I have been a freelance artist since 2010 that does commission work from time to time. I mainly work in anime style and can use the following media: graphite, marker, watercolor, ink, and digital. I am trying to expand the media I use to acrylic, oil, and sculpting. I’ve been drawing since I was 3 years old and still strive for improvement. I may post some blogs about me, my artwork, projects, or even some game related things because I’m an avid gamer and am very enthusiastic about games, manga, anime, and some other things.

The main purpose of this page is to share my artwork with you guys, but I also want to be able to communicate with you guys and stream for you where we can also talk. Don’t be shy to talk to me about something that isn’t art because I also play video games. I’d be more than happy to interact with you guys in video games because it also provides inspiration for more artwork. I do hope you enjoy what I post here and I would appreciate criticism and feedback on anything I post so I know what you guys like and can make this a page for everyone to enjoy.
